  • 1 can (15.5 ounce size) corned beef hash
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 unbaked pie shell (9-inch size)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 container (4 ounce size) whipped cream cheese with chives
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Combine corned beef and onion; use to line bottom of pie shell.

In medium bowl, beat eggs until frothy; add remaining ingredients. Blend well, pour over corned beef.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes.
