- 1 pound hot Jimmy Dean sausage
- 8 ounces Cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 cups Bisquick baking mix
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Combine the sausage, grated cheese, and baking mix in a bowl until it forms a smooth dough. Form the dough into small balls and place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees F for 25 minutes or until browned. Serve hot.
