Ready in: 30-60 minutes
- 1/2 pound bacon, chopped
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (15 ounce size) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (15 ounce size) lima beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (28 ounce size) pork & beans
- 1 large onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Combine the bacon and ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until the fat has rendered from the bacon and the beef is no longer pink. Drain off the grease. Stir the remaining ingredients into the skillet and mix well. Pour the mixture into a 3 quart baking dish. Place the dish in the oven and bake at 325 degrees F for 35 minutes or until bubbly in the middle and heated through. Serve hot.
