CRAB & EGG SALAD

2-3 pounds imitation crab
1/2 cup mayonnaise (more if you need)
1/2 cup celery, finely diced
4 eggs, boiled & diced
1/4 cup green onion tops, finely chopped
salt & pepper to taste

Chop crab and mix together with all other ingredients and chill for several hours or overnight. Serve with crackers.
