JAPANESE FRUIT PIE

4 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 sticks margerine, melted
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup coconut
1 cup raisins
1 cup pecans, chopped

Mix beaten eggs, sugar, margerine, vinegar and vanilla. Add nuts, coconut and raisins. Pour into 2 small or 1 large unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 mintues.
