4 medium green peppers
1/4 cup green pepper, finely chopped
1 pound lean ground beef
2/3 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 egg
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup tomato sauce
1 (15 oz) jar spaghetti sauce

Cut peppers in half. Wash and remove seeds and membranes. Combine beef, bread crumbs, egg, chopped pepper, 1/2 cup the tomato sauce, and salt.
Fill the pepper halves with mixture and place in a microwave safe dish. Combine the spaghetti sauce with the remaining tomato sauce and pour over peppers. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on (level 7) for 25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
