4 6-ounce boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 ounces dill Havarti cheese, cut into pieces
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp olive oil

Cut a 2-inch pocket in the thickest part of each chicken breast. Dividing evenly, stuff with cheese; season wi th salt and pepper. Cook the chicken in the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown and cooked through, 6 to 8 minutes per side.
