Fresh Herb Spread

1 cup low-fat margarine (butter)
1 Tbsp chopped fresh green basil
1 Tbsp chopped fresh marjoram
1 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
1 tsp fresh lemon juice

Use kitchen scissors and chop herbs until fairly fine. Blend all the herbs and lemon juice into margarine (butter) with a spoon. Refrigerate. Best prepared a day ahead to blend flavors. Melt over vegetables.
