Grilled Salmon with Fruit Salsa

4 four-oz salmon filets
1 Tbsp orange marmalade
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
3/4 cup fresh pineapple, cut in chunks
3/4 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup fresh jalapeno chile pepper, minced

lay the salmon on your work surface. In a small bowl, combine the marmalade, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Brush the mixture on the tops and bottoms of the filets. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine the pineapple, blueberries, raisins, onion, vinegar, juice, cilantro, and jalapeno. Stir well.
Prepare your grill. When hot, grill the salmon pieces for 5 minutes per side. Serve hot or at room temperature, with the fruit salsa spooned over the top or on the side.
