Mexican Chicken

Category: MEXICAN

4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless,
diced
MIXTURE:
1 onion chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 4-oz can green chiles, chopped and drained
2 tsp garlic powder or garlic salt (if you
use powder add 1 tsp of reg salt)
4th layer:
1 pkg Monterey Jack cheese
1 pkg Mozzarella cheese

Tostito chips

Grease a 9x13 baking pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
1st layer crunched up Tostito chips (only on
bottom layer)
2nd layer 2 cups of diced, cooked chicken
3rd layer 1/2 of mixture
4th layer 1/2 of the cheeses

then, repeat layers once more. Bake for 35 minutes.

serve with rice, beans or salad
Makes 4 servings
