Curry congee with meatball in apple sauce

Ingredients:
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 cup rice
1/3 dried small shrimp (hebi)
1 tsp. butter
1 tbsp. mince garlic
6 meatballs
dash of salt, pepper (accdng. to taste)
3 cup water
1/4 cup chopped apple

Procedure:
1. Saute garlic and shrimp in small skillet using the butter until turn golden brown. Set Aside.
2. Wash the rice, put in pot all ingredients.
3. Stire constantly, for about 20 minute or until water becomes thick in boiling point. Set Aside.

Garnish with spring onion.
Serve 1 to 2 bowl of congee.
