1 lb. pecan halves
1 egg white and 1 T h20
Beat egg white and water to peaks and add pecans to coat.
Mix:
1 c. sugar
2 T. cinnamon
1 t. salt or less
Toss coated pecans in sugar mix.
Place in thickly buttered jelly pan (1/2 c butter per pan) and bake in single layers for 60 minutes at 300 degrees turning every 10 - 15 minutes (4 times) until browned.
Use top racks in oven, bottom rack my burn.
Cool in tight containers for months.
Buy 1 1/2 lb. pecans and use pieces for other uses.
