Nancy's Veggie Parmesan Salad

SALAD:
l bunch broccoli
1 bunch cauliflower
2 bunches of romaine lettuce
4 bunches of green onion
1 lb. bacon, cooked
Cut the above in bite size pieces and combine and chill for several hours.

DRESSING:
2 c. mayo
1/2 c. fresh parmesan cheese, grated
1/4c. sugar( I use splenda, or 1/8c. sugar)
4 T fresh parsely, cut up
Mix above ingredients together and chill.

Just before serving, add a can of sliced water chestnuts, mix dressing with salad and serve with croutons if you wish.

This is great for a large crowd.
