5 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1 T. vanilla
1/4 t. baking powder
1 10 to 12 oz. loaf French or Italian bread cut into 1 inch thick slices
1 16 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
4 bananas, sliced 1/2 inch thick
1/4 c. sugar
1 t. cinnamon-sugar
Mix eggs, milk, vanilla and baking powder and pour over bread to soak. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Coat bottom of 9 by 13 inch pan with cooking spray. Mix berries, juice from berries, and bananas and put in pan. Sprinkle with sugar. Top with soaked bread slices. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden. Let stand 5 minutes.
