Blue Crab Dip from Big Jim

24 oz. cream cheese
1 T. horseradish
1 t. garlic powder
1 T. Old Bay Seasoning
1 t. dried parsley or 1 T. fresh parsley, chopped
16 oz. can Blue Crab Jumbo Lump Crab Meat

Microwave cream cheese for 1 minute, stir and microwave for 1 more minute. Stir in next 4 ingredients. Drain and rinse crab meat and add to cream cheese, trying not to break up crab pieces. Can cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

Either microwave for 5 minutes and stir and microwave for an additional 5 minutes, or bake at 400 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes until bubbly and brown.
