3 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 frying chicken, cut up
salt and pepper
3 T. olive oil
3 T. butter
4 scallions or shallots, chopped
2 c. mushrooms, sliced (optional)
2 T. fresh dill
1/2 c. sherry
1 c. sour cream or 1 c. heavy cream and flour product for thickening.
Paprika

Season chicken and fry in butter and oil until golden. Add shallots until golden, add mushrooms, tomaotes, dill and sherry. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven and add sour cream or cream and bring to boil adding flour to thicken. If using sour cream, do not boil, as it will curdle. Stir in paprika at last minute.
