Serves/Makes: 18
Ready in: > 5 hrs

  • 12 pounds smoked ham
  • 1 can (12 ounce size) cola

Use large baking pan lined with aluminum foil. Be sure to leave enough foil on sides of pan to completely cover ham. Place ham in center of aluminum foil. Pour coke slowly over ham. Completely seal ham in aluminum foil.

Place ham in 350 degrees F oven until done. I usually allow about 30 minutes per lb for the ham to be cooked well. You will not believe the taste. When I unwrap the ham, I baste it with the drippings in the pan that have mixed with the coke.
