Basting sauce
3/4 cup water
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp sugar and butter
1 tsp salt and Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp garlic salt and pepper

1 (1 lb) pork tenderloin

Prepare grill for medium-high coals for indirect heat with a drip pan. Basting sauce. Combine ingredients in a saucepan.

Place tenderloin on grill rack over drip pan, but not over coals. Insert a meat thermometer. Baste meat with sauce. Lower grill hood and grill meat for 30-45 minutes or until temperature registers 165 degrees, brushing frequently with sauce. Allow meat to rest, covered, 10-15 minutes before slices.
