Aztec Pudding

- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 can water
- 1 cube beef bouillon
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch marjoram
- 1 pinch cumin
- 1 pinch oregano
- 2 bay leaves
- 24 tortillas
- 3 cups grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 quart sour cream
- salsa (the hottest that you like)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Fry onion and garlic in oil. Add tomato sauce, water and bouillon cube. Simmer. Fry tortillas, dip in sauce, then set in layers in a casserole: tortillas, salsa, cheese and sour cream. Repeat layers. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
