  • 6 cups loose packed frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 2/3 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish. Press hash browns on bottom of pan. Drizzle melted butter over crust. Bake at 425 degrees F for 25 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F. Sprinkle ham and cheese over crust. Beat eggs, milk and salt; pour over ham and cheese.

Return to oven and bake 25 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
