- 1 package fudge brownie mix
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 3/4 cup peanuts, coarsely chopped
- 1 ounce semisweet chocolate
- 1 teaspoon butter
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Carefully spread into lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake in preheated 350 degrees F oven for 25 minutes. Melt chocolate chips, 2 tbsp butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla in heavy saucepan. Immediately spread chocolate mixture over hot brownie layer. Top with marshmallows and peanuts; press down firmly. Cool. Melt chocolate square with 1 tsp butter. Drizzle over all. Cut into bars. Store covered at room temperature.
