Reuben Deli Dip With Toasted Baguette Slices

Ready in: 30-60 minutes
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained and chopped
- 1/2 pound lean corned beef, chopped fine
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
- 1 whole baguette, sliced thin and toasted
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, sauerkraut, corned beef, onion, ketchup, mustard, and Swiss cheese. Place in a medium baking casserole. Bake, covered, about 30 minutes or until mixture bubbles at edges. Uncover and bake 5 minutes more. Serve with baguette slices.
