Salty Senorita's Fundido Dip

- 1 tablespoon onions, julienne cut
- 1/2 jalapeno, julienne cut
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 4 ounces shredded pepper jack cheese
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons pico de gallo (fresh salsa)
***For Dipping***
- tortilla chips
- jicama
- celery sticks
In a small skillet over medium-high heat, saute onion and jalapeno in olive oil until tender, 2 to 3 minutes. Place shredded cheese in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave 20 seconds. Stir, then microwave in 10-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth. Place sauteed onions and jalapenos in a small crock or serving dish.
