1 lg. bag frozen broccoli flowerettes
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. Ritz Crackers, crushed
1/2 c. Butter or margarine (melted)
Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil broccoli with a little salt and pepper, until just slightly tender. Drain and pat broccoli slightly to remove dripping water. Lightly butter and 8 x 8 x 2 in. glass baking dish. Place half of the broccoli in baking dish, sprinkle 1/4 c. cheddar cheese on broccoli. Gollow by sprinkling a small amount of Ritz crackers on the broccoli. Layer the remaining broccoli, cheese and crackers evenly on top. Gently pour the melted butter across the top of the crackers. Bake about 30 to 40 minutes.
