  • 1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream
  • 4 teaspoons splenda sugar substitute
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Combine the cream, sugar substitute, and cocoa powder in a blender. Process until smooth and fluffy. Spoon into serving bowls, cover, and chill for 2 hours or until ready to eat.

Garnish as desired with your favorite low carb toppings such as grated dark chocolate or real whipped cream.
