1 (2-layer-size) pkg. Pillsbury Plus Lemon Cake Mix
1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats, uncooked
1 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup margarine or butler
1 egg
FOR THE FILLING:
1 can Pillsbury Ready-To-Spread Lemon Frosting Supreme
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 13x9-inch pan.
In large bowl, combine base ingredients; mix until crumbly. Reserve 2 cups for topping, press remaining crumbs into prepared pan.
In large bowl. blend all filling ingredient beat at highest speed until smooth an creamy. Pour over crust. Sprinkle reserve crumbs over filling.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 to 55 minutes or until firm when pan is lightly shaken. Refrigerate leftovers.
Makes 36 bars
