1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup butter, room temperature
1/2 cup sugar and packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda and baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 oz milk and white chocolates, chopped
1/2 cup blanched almonds, chopped

Preheat oven to 37 Place 1 1/4 cup oats in a food processor and process until fine, about 1 minute. Beat butter with both sugars until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine processed oats with dry ingredients and slowly add to creamed mixture. Then stir in remaining 1/4 cup rolled oats, the chocolates and almonds. Drop the dough be tspfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet and bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Cool slightly on the sheet before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
