1/2 cup hoisin sauce, soy sauce and ketchup
1/4 cup sherry
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 slabs pork spareribs, trimmed, cut into halves

Pour mixture of hoisin sauce, soy sauce, catsup, sherry and garlic over spareribs in sealable plastic bag; seal. Marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours, turning occasionally. Drain, discarding marinade.

Grill spareribs over medium-hot coals for 45 minutes or until cooked through, turning frequently. Serves 4
