1 1/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
3/4 tsp baking power
1/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup creamy peanut buttr

In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. In a medium bowl, combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture, stirring until soft dough forms. Cover and chill for 2 hours or until firm enough to handle.

Preheat oven to 350. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and place about 1 inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Use finger to make an indentation in the center of each cookie. Spoon peanut butter into a pastry bag with a large tip. Pipe a small about of peanuts butter into center of each cookie. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until bottoms are browned. Cool cookie on pan for 3 minutes; transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in a single layer between sheets of waxed paper in an airtight container.
