1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 envelops taco season mix
1 can chopped green chilies
3/4 cup baking mix
1 1/2 cups milk
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
1/4 heat lettuce, shredded
1 tomato, diced
1/3 cup sliced olives
Sour cream

Preheat oven to 400. Grease square pan. Cook onion and beef, drain. Stir in seasoning mix, spoon into pan. Top with green chilies and 1/2 cup cheese. Beat baking mix, milk and eggs with a wire whisk until almost smooth, about 1 minute. Pour into pan. Bake about 25 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Garnish with lettuce, olives and sour cream.
