1 avocado, peeled and sliced, optional
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 envelope or 2 tbsp taco seasoning mix
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 1/4 cups milk
3 eggs
3/4 cup baking mix

Preheat oven to 400. Grease a 10 inch pie plate. Arrange avocado slices in pie plate and set aside. In large skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is brown. Drain well and stir in seasoning mix. Spoon over avocados in pie plate and sprinkle with chilies and cheese.

In medium bowl, combine milk, eggs, and baking mix and beat with a wire whisk until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes until set and golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before slicing. If desired, top with more shredded cheese, sour cream, and taco sauce. 6-8 servings
