8 ounce beef tenderloin steaks
3 green onions roughly chopped
2 tsp. rosemary
1/4 cup coarse chopped fresh corriander
Freshly ground black pepper
Dark soy sauce
1 tbsp. virgin olive oil
1 heaping tbsp. chopped fresh garlic
Rub the steaks with the fresh garlic and paint on dark soy and virgin olive oil on both sides of the steaks. Sprinkle with rosemary, corriander, freshly ground black pepper and green onions. Cover and place in your refrigerator to marinade for not less than 3 hours. Marinade for 3-12 hours (the longer the better) Preferred marinade time 24 hours.
For propane gas barbeques: Preheat the BBQ to a temperature of 380 - 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place the steaks on the BBQ and close the cover. BBQ for 3 mintues per side - for rare 4 minutes per side - for medium rare
5 minutes per side - for medium
6 minutes per side - for done
7 minutes per side - for well done
