8 cups broccoli florets
1 tbsp soy sauce, water and vegetable oil
1 tsp minced garlic and ground ginger
1/2 tsp sugar
Pepper

Mix broccoli, soy sauce and water in a medium bowl. In a skillet, heat oil over high heat. Add remaining ingredients and stir-fry about 30 seconds. Add broccoli mixture and cook 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until broccoli is crisp tender. Serves 4
