1 (9 oz) pkg frozen artichoke hearts, cooked, drained and coarsely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Tabasco, to taste
1/4 cup prepared ranch party dip
3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
2 (8 oz) pkg crescent dinner rolls
Mix artichokes with next 4 ingredients and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Set aside. On a cookie sheet, unroll dinner rolls pressing together the perforations together to make a triangle. Spread artichoke mixture over top. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake at 450 for 7-10 minutes. Remove from oven and cut into 2 inch squares. Makes about 30 squares.
