1 loaf French bread
1 brick jack cheese, cut into small cubes
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
1 (12 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained, rough chop
16 oz sour cream
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 (6 oz) can sliced green olives, drained
2 tsp lemon pepper
1 tomato, chopped and seeded
1 (6 oz) can chopped green chilies
1 (6 oz) can crabmeat, drained and picked clean, optional
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Slice the loaf of bread down the middle and take out the inside part and bread crumbs. In a skillet, add the butter, garlic and bread crumbs together until browned; set aside to cool. Mix the remaining ingredients together in a large bowl and add the cooled bread. Scoop the mixture into the French bread halves. Top with cheddar cheese and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes. Note: Can be frozen before baking and cut into small pieces and then bake when needed.
