3 pounds cubed beef
pinch salt
1 can beef consommé
1 large jar/can mushrooms and liquid
1/2 cup red wine
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup flour
1 medium onion, sliced on top

Put meat in casserole and add ingredients in order given.
Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours.
Serve over white rice or noodles.
This is great for company as it can bake an extra hour if necessary.
