3 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast
1 can cream of chicken soup and cream of celery soup
1 pink sour cream
1 small jar pimentos
6 cups cooked rice
1 lb fresh asparagus, ends trimmed and cut into 1 inch lengths
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350. Combine first 5 ingredients until blended. Add chicken and asparagus; blend gently. Pour into a 13x9 inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes. Serves 6-8
