1 pkg white cake mix
1 cup flour
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups EACH coarsely chopped macadamia nuts and semisweet chocolate chunks or chips
Combine first 6 ingredients until smooth. Stir in nuts and chocolate chunks. Drop dough by tablespoonful onto cookie sheets. Bake 10-15 minutes. Cool 1 minute on wire racks or until firm on baking sheets then remove to racks to completely cool.
