2 tbsp butter
1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup chicken bouillon
2 clover garlic, minced
2 tbsp cooking sherry
1 tbsp tomato paste or catsup
Another 1/4 cup bouillon mixed with 2 tbsp flour

Preheat oven to 400. Saute mushrooms and garlic in butter. Add next 3 ingredients and bring to a slow boil. Stir in bouillon/flour mixture. Turn off heat, pour over uncooked fish in a baking dish and bake approximately 30-35 minutes. Good on sole or snapper.
