CHEESE CRABMEAT FONDUE

1/2 lb butter
10 oz cheddar cheese, cubed
8 oz American cheese, cubed
1/2 cup sauterne or other dry white wine
6 oz pkg frozen crabmeat, thawed, drained and cut into chunks
1 can crabmeat, drained

In a double boiler or over very low heat melt butter, add cheeses and wine. When cheese has melted stir with wooden spoon until it is well blended. Fold the crabmeat into the cheese mixture. Put in fondue pot set to low temperature.
