1 cup ricotta cheese
6 oz muenster cheese, cubed
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 green onion, chopped
Garnish: Additional crumbled bacon and chopped onion
Combine cheeses, Worcestershire and hot pepper sauce. Blend until smooth. Stir in bacon and onion. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Garnish. NOTE: Can be prepared and stored covered in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
