2 juicy oranges
2 Granny Smith apples, cored and chopped
3/4 lb. fresh cranberries, chopped
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup water
2 cups walnuts, chopped

Peel, seed and dice one orange. Wash cranberries, place in pot with water and sugar. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until cranberries are soft.

Wash second orange; finely chop orange including peel. In a glass or non-metal bowl, combine oranges with chopped apple and cranberries. Cover and refrigerate overnight to blend flavors. Before serving, blend in walnuts. Serves 4-6.
