EASY ORANGE ROLLS

6 tablespoons butter, melted
3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
1 (3-pound) package frozen roll dough, thawed
Orange Glaze (Recipe follows)

Stir together melted butter, orange juice, and zest; set aside.

Grease 36 muffin cups. Divide each roll into 3 equal parts; roll into balls. Dip each ball into butter mixture. Place 3 balls into each muffin cup. Cover, and let rise in a warm place, free from drafts, until doubled in bulk, for approximately 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly browned. Drizzle with glaze. Yield: 36 rolls

Orange Glaze
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons honey, optional

Combine all ingredients, stirring until smooth.
