3/4 - 1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp sugar and Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp ground mustard and paprika
1/2 - 1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 lb pork spareribs
1 tsp vegetable oil

Combine first 9 ingredients in a crock pot. Cut ribs into serving-size pieces, brown in a skillet in oil. Transfer to crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until tender.
