3 lbs red potatoes with skins on, quartered
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 stick butter
1 tbsp each Worcestershire sauce and finely chopped garlic
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Boil potatoes in salted boiling water. Drain and return to pan. Turn the burner on long enough to evaporate any water that may still be on the potatoes. Add remaining ingredients and mash to desired consistency. Serves 6-8
