4 pork loin chops, 3/4 inch thick
2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp thyme
2 tsp vegetable oil and Worcestershire sauce
Coat pork with pepper and thyme. Heat oil in a large skillet and brown chops on 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove from pan and keep warm. Add Worcestershire sauce to pan and stir constantly to remove any pan juices cooked to bottom of skillet. Pour accumulated juices over chops and serve. Serves 4
