3 cups baking mix
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 (7 oz) can French fried onions
1 large egg
1 cup milk

Preheat oven to 400. Grease a muffin tin. Combine ingredients in a bowl and beat for 1 minute. Fill the muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake for 15 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Serves 4
