2 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (15 oz.) container ricotta cheese
5 eggs, divided
1 cup sugar, divided
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup flour
2 sticks margarine, melted
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp. baking powder
Preheat oven to 325F. Beat cream cheese, ricotta cheese, 2 of the eggs, 1/2 cup sugar and lemon juice in large bowl with electric mixer until well blended.
Mix flour, butter, 3 eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, milk and baking powder in another bowl and whisk until well-blended. Spread 1/3 of the dough onto bottom of greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Cover with the cream cheese mixture. Top with spoonfuls of the remaining dough.
Bake 45 minutes until center is set. Cut into 16 pieces to serve. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or cinnamon or just serve it plain. Serve cold.
