3 (8 oz) cartons frozen egg substitute, thawed
7 oz Canadian bacon, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms and onion
1/4 tsp pepper
Arrange biscuits in a 13x9 inch baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. In a bowl, combine the remaining ; pour over biscuits. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30–35 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Serves 12
