1 yellow squash
1 zucchini squash
1 small egg plant
2 lg carrots
2 cups Italian dressing
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Cut vegetables after being washed into large pieces and let air dry. Take Italian dressing and place in deep dish pan. Marinate vegetables w/ dressing over night or at least 6 hrs. Take vegetables out of marinade and grill on open flame. After last turn on the grill, sprinkle w/ salt, pepper & nutmeg. Ready to serve hot!
